Residential Home Inspections

The Home Inspection Process
The residential home inspection process takes approximately 2-3 hours on location. Clients are encouraged to attend a walk-through after the process is complete. If you cannot attend the walk-through, we can go over the report by phone.
Your Inspection report will be divided into ten components:
Roofing, Exterior, Garage/Carport (if applicable)
Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Insulation and Ventilation, and a description of the Built-in Kitchen appliances.
Each deficiency will include: description of item, location, implication, and time-line for remediation.
Your professional, easy to read report will be accompanied by pictures giving you the inside scoop of the home.
Your report will be delivered within 24 hours, ensuring you have time to make an informed decision about your next investment.
WETT Inspections
Are you buying a home with a wood burning appliance? Your insurance provider might require a WETT inspection. Level 1 WETT inspections are an additional service offered at a discount with a Home Inspection. Separate WETT Inspections are also available upon request. Standard travel fees outside of Cranbrook may apply.
Commercial Property Inspections
Commonly referred to as Property Condition Assessments (PCA's), our thorough assessments and comprehensive reports will give you the in-sight required to make an informed decision whether you are a building owner, property manager, tenant, lender, or leasing agent.

We provide expert commercial property inspection services backed by industry-leading certifications. Property Condition assessments are performed in accordance to ASTM E-2018 Standards.

Additionally, I hold a Red Seal Certification as a Construction Electrician, which further enhances my ability to assess your property with precision and care.

To earn the AHI mark, inspectors must demonstrate:
- Education – Initial and Ongoing Commitment to Industry Knowledge
- Ethics and Standards – Must adhere to the HIABC Code of Ethics and Scope of Inspection
- Experience – Must provide notarized proof of minimum experience in the form of completed home inspections, verified for compliance with HIABC.
